Nate Hilpert (HeartSupport)

Nate Hilpert is the Executive Director of HeartSupport, a nonprofit dedicated to mental health in the music scene. Since taking leadership in 2023, Nate has led a transformational turnaround — scaling the organization’s YouTube from 25K to 250K subscribers, doubling recurring revenue, and launching HeartSupport’s first nonprofit acquisition.

With a background in software and data, he previously served as Director of Data & Product, where he invented AI - powered tools like “Porter” to detect mental health nee ds in social media comments. With over more than a decade at HeartSupport, Nate has built programs, infrastructure, and technology that now serve thousands annually. His leadership has been marked by innovation, sustainable growth, and a relentless drive t o make mental health support accessible to all in the metal scene.
